gr_significance¶
- outbreak_data.gr_significance(location='Global', n=5)¶
Get the top lineages with the most significant growth behavior in a given location.
- Parameters
location -- List or string of location IDs.
n -- Number of lineages to return.
- Returns
A pandas dataframe of significant lineages.
- Parameter example

Find the tope 5 most significant lineages globally:
