daily_lag¶
- outbreak_data.daily_lag(location=None, **req_args)¶
Get the daily lag between collection and submission dates of clinical sequences in a location.
- Parameters
location -- A string containing a location ID. If not specified, return lag globally.
- Returns
A pandas dataframe of collection-submission date pairs and clinical sequence counts.

Example Usage
Get the daily lag for SARS-Cov-2 data in Hawaii:
